The Institute aims to create an integrated research and innovation infrastructure that, through investments from public and private partners, can develop knowledge and expertise on AI, expanding the Institute areas of activity to other industries, from advanced mechanics to healthcare, to financial services.
Responsibilities

Main stakeholders
- Her/his function will be to assist the President and the Supervisory Board, coordinate secretarial activities and act as an interface with all relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the Institute.
Ideal Profile
- The ideal candidate is a senior professional with appreciable and effective experience as an executive assistant/chief of staff, gained in large companies, reporting directly to senior figures.
- The skills acquired must enable the ideal candidate to manage any issues related to managing the President’s agenda, the coordination of activities, to provide support to top management and assist them in carrying out their daily activities, with the autonomy that the role and the proposed level presuppose. Optimizing the regular work process by making the work of the presidency smoother and faster, supporting external relations activities and those within the structure.
