The journey of AI4I is still young — just over a year since its launch — yet the Institute has already become a dynamic hub at the crossroads of research, industry, and institutional innovation.
As AI4I expands its scope and ambitions, we are pleased to announce a new round of appointments across both our Research & Development and Administration & Governance areas.
Research & Development
Two new positions are now open within the R&D/AIS (AI Safety & Security) program:
• Research Engineer – Secure Agentic AI Systems (deadline: 14 December 2025, 11:59 PM CEST)
• Postdoctoral Researcher – Adversarial Machine Learning & Formal Verification (deadline: 14 December 2025, 11:59 PM CEST)
These roles will contribute to AI4I’s scientific mission of developing trustworthy, robust, and human-centric artificial intelligence — strengthening the Institute’s capacity to deliver high-impact research and technology transfer.
Administration & Governance
To support its rapid growth, AI4I is also expanding its operational and strategic teams, opening several new positions:
• Grant Manager (deadline: 30 November 2025)
• Strategic Projects Associate (deadline: 30 November 2025)
• Training Programs Manager (deadline: 30 November 2025)
• Administrative Assistant (deadline: 17 November 2025)
• Marketing & Events Manager (deadline: 30 November 2025)
Each of these roles is essential to building an agile, high-performing structure capable of supporting AI4I’s expanding network of research labs, partnerships, and innovation initiatives.
