On April 2, 2026, the Executive Workshop “The New Generative AI Era” was held at ESCP Business School (Turin campus), organized by the Custom Executive Education team. AI4I took part in the initiative with Luigi Corvino, Academy and Training Manager.

The workshop brought together professionals from different sectors to engage in a concrete discussion on the impact of Generative AI on business, with a focus on real use cases, process transformation and the creation of measurable value.

In his opening remarks, Corvino framed the discussion through the concept of “myth”, recalling its historical role as a way to explain phenomena beyond human understanding. He then applied this perspective to artificial intelligence, highlighting how the current debate is often shaped by assumptions and perceptions that are not grounded in data or verified evidence.

Within this framework, his intervention focused on identifying and deconstructing common misconceptions surrounding AI, promoting a critical and informed approach to its adoption in organizational contexts. The objective is to enable professionals to distinguish between narrative and reality, and to develop a more structured understanding of how AI can be effectively integrated into the workplace.

The workshop also emphasized the importance of collective learning, leveraging the diversity of backgrounds and experiences among participants as a key asset for building shared knowledge and practical perspectives.

At its conclusion, the session aimed to provide participants with the tools to recognize so-called “false myths”, communicate more effectively within their organizations, and approach AI adoption through a solid and actionable framework.

The discussion confirmed a growing need for clarity, methodological rigor and practical guidance in navigating the transition from general awareness of AI to its concrete implementation in business environments.
