In December 2024, Ai4i found its headquarters in the spaces of the Officine OGR Tech in Turin, a hub of innovation that already hosts large companies and start-ups, promoting synergy on a scientific and technological level.

TIMELINE

The Institute was presented on May 3, 2024, in Turin, in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister for Business and Made in Italy and the Minister of University and Research.

AI4I reached an agreement that makes Officine OGR Tech in Turin the Institute’s new headquarter. AI4I joins a hub of innovation that already hosts large companies and startups, promoting synergy on a scientific and technological level.

AI4I appointed Antonio Calegari as founding director and signed key partnerships with the interuniversity consortium Cineca in Bologna and the Italian Institute of Technology in Genoa. The Institute is ready to enter its operational phase with 2025.
