Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a bright and motivated Junior Legal Counsel (Corporate & Regulatory Affairs) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support:
    – in all legal and corporate matters;
    – in managing relationships with the Foundation’s governance bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal Counsel and the Corporate & Regulatory affairs functions.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal and corporate documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of relevant legislation and jurisprudence.
  • Assist in the management of administrative and regulatory procedures.
  • Support compliance and internal control activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Law Degree from a reputable university with excellent academic credentials.
  • Post-graduate courses in criminal law, administrative and corporate law and/or subjects related to the use of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in criminal law, administrative and corporate law
  • Admission to the Bar (or in the process of obtaining).
  • Keen interest in the legal issues and dynamics at the intersection of private and public sectors.
  • Additional experience in public sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in productivity tools for the legal profession.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Openness, curiosity, and continuous learning ability.
  • Organization, precision, and method.
