Junior Legal Counsel (Corporate & Regulatory Affairs).
Location
Turin, Italy
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support:
– in all legal and corporate matters;
– in managing relationships with the Foundation’s governance bodies. - Collaborate closely with the Legal Counsel and the Corporate & Regulatory affairs functions.
- Draft, review, and manage legal and corporate documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of relevant legislation and jurisprudence.
- Assist in the management of administrative and regulatory procedures.
- Support compliance and internal control activities.
Qualifications
- Law Degree from a reputable university with excellent academic credentials.
- Post-graduate courses in criminal law, administrative and corporate law and/or subjects related to the use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Professional experience: 1-2 years of experience in criminal law, administrative and corporate law
- Admission to the Bar (or in the process of obtaining).
- Keen interest in the legal issues and dynamics at the intersection of private and public sectors.
- Additional experience in public sector is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in productivity tools for the legal profession.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Openness, curiosity, and continuous learning ability.
- Organization, precision, and method.
