AI4I is an Institute that aims to enhance scientific research, technological transfer, and, more generally, the innovation capacity of the Country, promoting its positive impact on industry, services and public administration. To this end, the Institute contributes to creating a research and innovation infrastructure that employs artificial intelligence methods, with particular reference to manufacturing processes, within the framework of the Industry 4.0 process and its entire value chain. The Institute establishes relationships with similar entities and organizations in Italy and abroad, including Competence Centers and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs).
The Italian Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI4I) is seeking a talented candidate to join our administrative department, with a focus on operational accounting and support for the economic-administrative management of projects (project accounting).

Key Responsabilities
- Support for operational accounting and document management, including the data entry into management portals
- Support for actual cost accounting and monitoring of project costs (both institutional and commercial)
- Collection and verification of expense documentation and support for the financial reporting of national/international funded projects, in collaboration with internal staff and external consultants
- Support, as needed, for procurement (orders, suppliers, documentation) and HR administration (documents, attendance tracking)
About you
You have a University Degree, preferably in the economic-administrative field and you bring 1-2 years of professional experience in the administrative/accounting field.
It is necessary to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Your experience in research institutions, foundations or in not-for-profit sector and a little knowledge of funded projects and/or financial reporting is very welcomed.
The familiarity with administrative management software and project accounting tools are also valuable.
